The number has been disconnected by Airtel because of negligence/ worst service. I had to for new connection because of all these mess up. I have all the reasons for blaming airtel service. Its worst ever I had experienced and I hope not to experience the same that too without any mistake from my side. If at all airtel needs any more details to investigate this contact me on [protected].
I find no use in complaining at Airtel centers or at Airtel customer care.They take least responsibility in resolving the queries/ complaints from customers. They lack co-ordination among their departments and we have to fetch all the information from other departments and give updates to them when we call customer care.
Even after complaining from last 2 months they have disconnected my number last week saying that I did not submit the documents in lasttwo months. But I have Ack number for all 4 submissions that I had done so far in Airtel centers. I dont know where these documents have gone.

Actually I was waiting to hear back from you. I have already mailed the same thing with my alternative contact number [protected] to airtel customer care. They replied saying that they were unable to contact me on this number since I did not receive their call. They also mentioned the time and date when they made the call to my alternate number. But I found no missed calls or any kind of notification in my call logs for that day from any unknown numbers! I have replied for that mail and no response from Airtel so far. It shows the lack of interest in resolving the issues/complaints reported by customers.
Also you could have checked my previous comment to get my alternate number.

I went to airtel center and submitted the document again. This is 5th time!! I still have no hope on airtel canter that they will process my application properly and update me with correct information.
They have hell lot of departments and worst thing is that these departments do not have co ordination to get the information on customer's application.
No one is giving proper information when I ask about the status of previously submitted documents. They will just ask the customers to submit the documents again. Its happening with most of the customers.
Fed up of being airtel customer.
