Airtel — MORE BILLING CHARGES
HiMy name is vikram. My mobile number is [protected]-prepaid. I have activated 1 day internet pack worth 10 rupees on my mobile. But the pack has been automatically renewed with any intimation on my mobile and balance is deducted from my main balance. It happened to me number of times in last month please solve my problem.

Airtel — Extra Billing & Poor service
I am using Air tel mobile post paid connection since last more than 3 years. Since last 1& half year i am facing call dropping & network problem. I have made so many complaints to Airtel customer care. They are accepting the problem. They have send their representative to my residence. He also agrred that network problem. We have email communication & they agreed in writing for network problem & also communicated that it can not be resolved in near future.Now because of this problem I am facing call drop problem, no coverage & because of that in place of one call I force to do the same call more times even in a minute. So if 50 Paise/minute for one call I have to pay morre than that due to 2/3 times calling the same no. per minute. So I am asking for discount they are not repling for that.
Pls look into & give me the justise.
