[Resolved] Airtel — False promise of fast connection | |||
Respected Sir I have placed an order for a new broadband connection on 03.07.2010 with Airtel Broadband service with a condition that I need it on urgent basis on Monday. The sales person (Deepak - [protected]) assured that we will get a connection on Monday 05.07.2010. But on continuous calls he is now saying that he can't provide us the connection and will refund our money in the evening. Please note that we have paid him CASH. but now his manager is saying that the money will not be refunded and we have to file an application for that. My complaint is against the person and company who allegedaly make false promises to customer while registering a sale and then leaving the customer in trauma to get their money back or to get the good services.
