[Resolved] Airtel — CALLS AND SMSES | |||
I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS AND SMES FROM AIRTEK DTH FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MORE THAN 10 CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES. I EVEN REQUESTED A LOT OF PEOPLE IN AIRTEL OUTLETS TO STOP THE CALLS AND SMSES. I TOLD THEM THAT I AM NOT A SUBSCRIBER OF AIRTEL DTH BUT THE CALLS AND SMSES HAVE NOT STOPPED. EVEN AS I TYPE THIS COMPLAINT, I AM GETTING A CALL FOR THE SAME ISSUE. THE CALLS AND SMSES HAVE CAUSED A LOT OF MENTAL HARASSMENT TO ME. I GET CALLS AND SMSES AT ODD HOURS. I GET CALLS FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO IDENTIFY. I AM ON ROAMING. A LOT OF MY MONEY HAS BEEN WASTED ANSWERING SUCH CALLS FROM AIRTEL. I WANT TO TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTION IF POSSIBLE. sir i have registered for dnd fully blocked ref no s[protected] {[protected]} for my mobil no [protected], even then iam getting calls from airtel dth.even after complaints. iam in night shifts most of the time and airtel people call me and distrub .
