Blank call
Dear Sir,
I am Jiten Kumar Garnayak, received one missed call while I was talking with another collegue. The missed call was received from the no :923037162246 around 10.30AM. When I have called the phone was not connected & responded that your phone does not have ISD facility. Then I came to know that it is an ISD no. So I have searched in the internet & found that as per the code it is belongs to Pakisthan.
I donot understand how such blank calls are comming & need solution for the same. Please help us & any support required please contact me in my mobile no :9717128899

I got blank calls from number +923052062419 on 24/09/2009 between 5:20 PM to 5:30 PM.
I searched on internet for this number and came to know that this call is from Country "Pakistan (+9230 international Mobile Dialing Code)"
Can you please update me on this?

i got a missed call from the number +923026373355 on 12/10/09 at 4.33 PM, when i searched on web i came to know this call is from pakistan...i think its a blank call...can u please update on this...

I also received a missed call on 5/11/09 at 15.43 hrs from+923026373355 . When searched on net, found this call from Pakistan. It looks there is some game behind it. Please try to find it out what it is?

Dear Sir,
This morning (17th Dec'09) at around 10:10 am I received a missed call from this number - +923035344747.
I though of calling back on the number but disconnected immediately after dialling.
I thought I should check the country code and was surprised to see it is the code for Pakistan. I know nobody in Pakistan and I am not aware if any of my friends are also travelling there.
I was even more surprised to find that a lot of Airtel users have been receiving similar blanks calls.
Would like to know what is going on and why are so many people receiving such calls from Pakistan.

Even i have recieved a call this after noon...from a number923035344747??????????????? I dont know anybody having this number??????????????????????????????? I reqeust airtel to please look inti this??? This is unacceptable, why should we geting blank calls like this??

I also received a missed call from +923055234379... After searching the net i came to know that this number belongs to Pakistan... Do any one have any idea about this????

I got a blank call form dis number +923086702681 on 29th dec 2009 at around 6:20 pm....when i called back on dis number some person said dat i have won 15 lakhs in a lucky draw of airtel....To claim the amount i have call him after 10 minutes......after dat i search on net nd found that dis number belongs to pakistan....SO PLZ LOOK INTO DIS MATTER...........reply as soon as possible.

Today morning at 1020hrs 31 dec 09, i got a missed call, when i called abck i got a line bz mesage in urdu, then i thought of checking the country code, it was pakistan, i know nobody there... can airtel authorities pls chk, if the list of airtel subscribers is not leaked (am sure not intentionally)
can u pls chk and update...
looking forward for a resolve here..

I also got a similar miss call on my Airtel No. from +923056407654. I searched over internet at Google and land on this website...
Though, I have not called back on the no. I am updating my to the concerns...

I TOO RECIEVED A CALL FROM SIMILAR NUMBER +923057956957, BUT DID NOT PICK UP THE CALL. IT SEEMS ITS A PAKISTAN NUMBER, BUT I DONT KNOW ANYBODY IN PAKISTAN BY FAR ALSO. WHATS GOING ON????

Hi Today (21st January 2010) my wife got a missed call from the number +923037934053 at around 9AM.
When she called back he said that you have won Rs 10 lakh from AIRTEL and to claim your prize, you need to call up at their head office. When she asked, where are you calling from, he said, from AIRTEL - Mumbai Office. She got suspicious and immediately reported the matter to me, and i found out that its an ISD number originating from Pakistan.
Friends, beware, they are running some scam, or someway to dupe you, otherwise why would a person give a missed call that too from Airtel, on Airtel mobile. And why would he misquote that he is calling from mumbai.
@ AIRTEL: This happens when you guys sell out your customer data (Phone Numbers, Name) on the street for the pety money from advertisers.
I will be posting this on multiple threads so that Airtel can take some action on this.

I Advice Airtel people to report this matter to CBI & Police.

I too received a missed call today at 15:00 hrs from +923086041316 which happens to be from Pakistan Mobile Mobilink network on my Airtel
And I know no one there... or travelling to that country
is it a scam... something is fishy...needs to be looked at.. if so many are reporting the same...
Airtel would you bother ready the incidents and reply.

hii. i got a miss call from+923052339646.. when i call back he say that u won 10lak rs..for got this amount u hv to call a nu..but when i ask to him that from where he is he told me he from headoffice of airtell in mumbai..but when i check this nu, again then i find that 92 is the country code of pakistan.. airtell will do something about this...

I also received a missed call from the number +923057151016 and upon calling back they said they are calling frim Airtel, and that your airtel number has won 5 lakhs rupees and wanted to know the account and address details.
Request Airtel to reporrt this matter to police and solve urgently.
