Airtel — STB not working, complaint wrongly closed | |||
Airtel DTH cust ID [protected] Stb not working since one month My set top box is not working since nearly one month. I have given complaints multiple times and the complaint gets closed without resolution. No one has visited my place to check the stb. The technician just closes the complaint. I have tried calling the customer care number multiple times, the service advisor either transfers my call to the feedback ivr or just cuts the call. Airtel DTH — STB not working
Airtel DTH ID No.[protected] : The same problem again - STB not working. It was I think replaced 3 months ago only at the cost Rs.300/-. Last evening there was a power cut.
