[Resolved] Airtel — Despite DND Activated, Receiving Commercial calls and sms | |||
DND facility is activated on my Mobile no [protected] since 2008. DND Reg no is - S[protected]. But I'm still receiving commercial calls, SMSs and Service messages. I complaint in customer care several times but they haven't taken any steps. My complaint number is : CDRGP[protected]. Infact after some days of registering the complaint I received a call from Airtel([protected]) saying that the problem has been resolved. But I still receive unwanted call and SMSs. AirTel — Receiving calls after DND activated since 1 year
Sir,I am using Airtel sim and my cell no. is [protected]. I have activated Do not Disturb service since 1 Year, but I am getting calls and SMS's from Airtel continuously. I have complaint to costumer care several times but it has not made any effect on them. From costumer care, I got the information that my DND has been activated since 1 year and I will not get any calls or SMS/ But I am fed up of calls and SMS on my mobile phone, they are continuously coming.
Please do the needful.
