They are not migrating my plan

Dear Sir / Mam,
For my business purpose i had installed a land line service and broadband service.But there was no internet being used so why pay for some thing which is not used .So i called them up and requested to disconnect the internet connection and continue with the voice line.but its been three months they have not migrated my plan.When i place a complain they say your request has been forwarded some one will get in touch .Then some one calls and confirms on the migration saying in the next bill cycle it will be migrated.then i receive the bill and the same plan reflects no change has been done.I have gone to the nearest airtel office in Banaswadi where they again tell me to call customer care and the same cycle is repeated.I am fed up of shouting at them i even tried not paying their bill.Then they start calling for collection then i tell them my story and then they take my complain but to no avail instead they send me emails of disconnection of the service.When the collection team calls up i tell them migrate my plan i will pay the due .Then they say pay and then the migration would take place,Now i have cleared all the due yet the plan is not changed.Please help this is very irritating to repeat the same issue over and over again.The customer care said there is no landlines plan below 499 but in their website the rental is only 275/- they are all miss selling .The customer care is bad and not aware about the packages.Please help me with a solution.My landline number is 08042006101.
