[Resolved] Airtel (Touchtel) Landline — Poor Service | |
I have taken 12 airtel landlines out of it 2 are coinbox landlines.I Have given request for change of oneIndia plan on 14th september,2009 to one executive whose name is Nagesh.He told me that the plan will be changed from 23rd of this month but even on 24th also the ploan has not been changed. When I complained about this issue to call centre they have given a false statement stating it has been activated ON 23rd itself and one of the executives came to our premisis and solved the problem even i have requested call centre to have conversation with head of the department and express my grievences to higher authority but they are not willing to do so. And even in landline 4280871 noisy sound persists and the technitians are unable to solve it.This grivences should be addressed as fast as possible and I want higher autority to talk to me on phone In 4280874 they are giving false billing of DSL connection even though it has been canceled long back. Who have made you the nos 1 service provider of country. I stay with my family in Haryana in town name karnal, our nos is 4044946. we are using your nos from last 3 years . from last 2 days we are facing problem with the connection . we have lodged the complaint aginst the same at the airtel office in the club market karnal to guy name GAGAN in morning at around 9.30 am today and we went for the clarification of same in the evening but your employee is saying we wont be able to solve your problem and if you want you can disconnect and take connection from BSNL . if this is service you people are providing then i really feel shame in associating with your company we have dissconnected the connection because of your this behaviour .And our cancellation nos for connection is[protected] which your employee Mr GAGAN has given very promtely in one minute . Sorry we have used your services . Inefficient company Airtel with incompetent employees. I wont recommend your connection to any of my friends .
