[Resolved] Airtel TV (DTH Service) — STV defective from 10 days | |||
I had purchased Airtel Tv ( DTH service ) on 14 Agust 2009, after 1 day it became defective, after complaining many times they replace after one month with old model stv box and they told me that if any problem if this became defective they will change with new model, now again this became defective on 01.08.2010 which is within one year I hade purchased. On 2nd Agust I had made complain to Airtel Tv , From that day , when I called them they only answer that 2marrow this issue will be resolved by replacing STV. but one resolve this till 11.08.2010. It seems that Airtel TV service is most poor.... service in India. I have already paid advanced rentle up to Dec 10.
