[Resolved]  Airtel, Uninor — About activation o[censored]nnecessary services

Airtel- I am user of Airtel network services. My no. is [protected]. My problem is that I can’t keep balance in my account because of their deductions. Whenever I recharge my no. they activate services daily n cut money from my balance. My balance always remains NIL. I have to use my cell only for incoming calls. I am afraid that if I keep balance they again cut all the money. I have complained so many times but they says that they can’t do help for me. I am not only there are so many users who also facing this type of problems but no one have the courage to come in front.
I request you please take necessary step against above service provider. and refund me my money.

Uninor- I am also user o[censored]ninor network. My no. is [protected]. Now my problem is that they call me so many time to activate their services like unlimited music, caller tune and all, but every time I say no. On 27th april,11 they send me an sms ” Unlimited minutes free! Toh soch kya rahe ha abhi dial kare *560# aur pao unlimited minutes free!” When I have dialed the *560# to know about this they immediate activated the unlimited music and cut Rs. 60 for a month from my balance. When I have talked the customer service center they replied that they can’t do any help for me. I talked ten times till now every time they refuse me to refund my above deducted money.
So I request you please take necessary step against above service provider. And refund me my money. It is not a matter of Rs 60. But it is the matter of that how the cheat customers.
