[Resolved] Airtel — Unnecessary message card Renewal | |||
Dear Sir, On 22nd of November,2012 my message card got renewed automatically with different plan what i was using since last three months without any confirmation from my side. Even after automatic renewal they are charging me for sending messages.I am expecting refund or I will continue with the STD and local message pack. I can not continue with whatever is offered. Even if you inform through message you can not renew unless and until I confirm. I also talked to your representative Santosh through customer care number, but he is unable to help me out and he is not even willing to help me. My Phone No is [protected] No is registered under the name of Sagar Deshpande. Its an Airtel connection. Mumbai Circle. Do the needful ASAP.
