airtel number — Unsolicited Call
SirI am receiving continuous fake call from an airtel number [protected] from about 2-3 weeks. i am very disturbed as the caller despite rejection continuously recalling in d interval of 2-3 days. please identify the caller or make this number not to call me again.

AirTel — Unsolicited Calls.
Hi,I am getting repeated calls from the Number[protected]. Whoever is calling, immediately disconnects after I answer the call. This has been happening for many days now. I tried to trace the location of the number, and I find that it is an Airtel number from the Bihar / Jharkand area. I am from south India, and have no reason to receive any calls from anybody from this area. Today I received another call from another number[protected], again from the same location.
Kindly take appropriate actions against these numbers.

I had, as you suggested, mailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com. The response I got was to file an FIR with the police station. I was already aware of that option. The intention of posting my complaint here, was to know if there was any other way to have the issue resolved, other that the only option of filing a police complaint. Now that I know that there is nothing that can be done from your side, I'd prefer to close the complaint that I posted here.

AirTel — Unsolicited call
Dear Sir,I have been receiving calls from an unknown number which is - [protected]. Can you please suggest or help to resolve this issue by warning the person to avoid his/her calIs.

Called Airtel Customer Care from number B -
After submitting this complaint, I called Airtel customer care. First time they responded (name oof executive was Manisha) but when I dug down deeper, the executive said she is transferring the call to her senior. After that the call was disconnected from their side.
Second time Priyanka picked up - Said not able to register request. Gave an email id - 121(at)in(dot)airtel(dot)com to register the complaint
Told that their system automatically doesn't accept request for unsolicited calls made from Pakistan. Executives are educated such that all calls made from Pakistan are lottery related. Said response on the email will be within 24 hours, suggested to mention mobile no. A or B in subject.

I think we have missed the point here. I would like Airtel to explicitly agree that these calls have not been made/solicited by Airtel.
Why I am insisting on this point is because I have a very strong reason to believe that these calls ARE made by Airtel.
If not, then please let me know about the same so that I can further explore all the legal remedies for this perennial issue.

AirTel — unsolicited scheme
we have total 5 mobile prepaid connections of Airtel,, NOS- [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] and there is complete anarchy as far as customer interest and protection of balance is concerned.Every month service provider that Airtel has been deducting from our talk time for unsolicited schemes.every month they activating different schemes and deducting talk time without taking our consent and 121 service is complete farce.
problem is not that they are doing such thing but doing with impunity.
