i m gopi ram sharma my mobile number [protected] in bihar telecom network i camplaint 5 times on your customer care that unsubscribed my adult jokes and general joke but not yet u responding my complain my balance is cut down day by day pls look my camplain.The jokes pack subscribed through mcampus pls unsubscribed my both jokes i shall be thankful to u

I am from Assam. I use Airtel Prepaid No.[protected]. I have Airtel live enable. But when connect at none downloadable wapsite like MOBILECAMPUS then Airtel will deducted balance from my account and thereafter a msg. I received that I download a game or Animation. Firsty a complaint I submitted at Customer care No. 121 But thereafter I never able to connect this No. (121). Really Airtel will cheating with customer. I advise to Airtel customer that BE CAREFLL FROM AIRTEL or Airtel Operation Devil.

Bharti Airtel Ltd — Charges against unrequested services

Dear Sir,
My no. is [protected]. I am using this no. from more than 5 years.
I have a complaint against the charges for GPRS services activated without my consent. (About INR 2392). I can not pay for the services not requested by me.
These services were activated on my no. without my permission/request.
I had tried to get it remitted through customer care but results are not positive. I had cleared your all the customer care executives about the issue and I will not not pay for the services not requested by me
And now my outgoing services has been put on hold.
I will request you to kindly take a note of this , Bharti Airtel Ltd shall be held responsible for any sort of tengiable or intengible loss occured due to non availibility of out going facility.
