Airtel — sim blocking | |||
Hi, this is Mr. Vijay Pant from Ghaziabad having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP. Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). on 19 of august 2012 i hav lost my airtel sim in gaziabad up i called to custmer care for blocking of my sim so that no body may use it in unothorised way.custmer care assured me that they will block the sim in two hours,but today is 25 of august and still some body is using my sim at gaziabad,what will happen if he will use my sim for wrong purpose airtel custmer care will be fully risponsible for that.........................my standby no is [protected] my email add:[protected]@gmail.com
