[Resolved]  Airtel — Signal

This complaint regarding network coverage. I have been complaining to Airtel people for last two years that network coverage is bad in my office area. Every time they have been saying will install system but till now never happened. Pl help

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please go through the mail which i had sent to you on 24th June 2008, after several complaints made to 121 and mail sent to Air tel121 through email, As of today nothing had been done to set right the Narasingapuram/ Ritchie street towers.

I have contacts With HNI`s and VVIP`s. Every day i contact or they call me. As i am in conversation, the voice brakes as well as get disconnected. What would they think is i am avoiding them. A few of them miss understood me and stopped contacting me. Hence i am the loser.
As this number i am holding from day one of my mobile, i am not in a position to deactivate it. If you are not taking this seriously. Then i shall forward this complaint to Consumer complaints forum and all forward copies to the Media.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Air tel Customer since 2002. I was holding this number as prepaid initially and got it converted to Postpaid later.
I have been facing signal problem at the Narasingapuram tower in particular since Oct 06. I have made several complaints to 121 & emails to [protected]@airtelindia.com on several occasions. The problem is not set right. The vendor insisted on internal antenna which is of no use as there is no improvements.
In my name i have the following Air tel connection.
[protected](postpaid), [protected] & [protected] (prepaid).[protected] Postpaid in my brother`s name.
all the above phones do face the same problem.

I have 2 Aircel, cell one and a Hutch connection too. I do not have any issues.

Please send a technical person from Air tel. Not a vendor and get the problem sorted or else i will surrender all Air tel lines.

I have two prepaid numbers in my name and wife [protected] &amp;amp; [protected] and have been using them, but in the recent times I am not getting proper signal because of which I am finding it difficult, previously the signal was very good but now a days even after getting connected it goes off many a times .I hope the problem is solved soon failing which I would shift my numbers to any other provider having a good signal.
