[Resolved] Airtel — activating packages not activated by user | |||
my mobile number is [protected], i am using a sim card of airtel. i had not subscribed for any scheme called "bolly pack" from my number still it was activated, they deducted 10 rs from my balance for this. for the first time i thought it must be by mistake by pressing some button, and then called customer care number 198 and deactivated the scheme.after few days (a week after) again my 10 rs. were deducted for the same bolly pack though i didn't activate it nor pressed any button by mistake.i called 198 and complaint regarding the same, the customer care representative told me that it was not unsubscribed and so it got renewed again n so 10 rs. were deducted (though i had already unsubscribed earlier) again i unsubscribed the scheme. after few days again my 10 rs. were deducted after i recharged my cell with rs. 50. i called up 198 and made a complain and they said i have no option but to unsubscribe, i did again. next day again 10 rs. were deducted and i called up 198. they said bollypack was activated.i told the representative the entire scenario, and they said that my account will get back 10 rs, and i got it. now today, again the same scheme is activated and 10 rs. are deducted.
