[Resolved] Airtel — Very Bad customer service, and negligence | |||
Dear sir, My new airtel postpaid mobile number [protected], along with this i requested airtel to change my existing prepaid numbers([protected],[protected]) to postpaid to avail CUG benefits, this happened in dec 2012. I am still waiting airtel to respond.... they have only activated new postpaid number, but no response in prepaid to postpaid request. When i call the customer care they are asking for the order number, when i have my mobile number why should i provide them the order number (which they did not provide me when i requested ) to track any requests? is this the service we expect from a leading telecom provider? AirTel — very very bad service
i hav activated my hellotune of aditi song of jane tu ya jane na film. but it is not ringing. behind that i got airtel hello tune automatically. i paid Rs50 for the hellotune. my money is not refunded nor my hellotune. customer care is responding so badly as i called them 10 times.AirTel — sim card in customer care

Sir,This is the complaint against the mobile user no. [protected] who intentionally disturb my sister by giving unparliamantary remarks by mobile on voice as well as SMS since two weeks on her vodaphone Number. He never picks up the phone as & when I call from other number to speak to me. Your honour I humble request you to please identify the correct person from where he belongs so that I can register FIR against him. For record prupose you can check his September month outgoing calls and SMS for the authenticty. As a citizen of an Independent country I request you to please resolve this issue by identify the person so that legal action may be taken against him. Anticipating an early action from your side.
Airtel Sim Card — Customer Care Negligence
Customer care is not attending the calls since 3 days. I wanted to contact customer care regarding operation of Internet through mobile. Employees at customer care responded very badly and disconnected the internet services fully and they are doing lose talk. The person who contacted at customer care name was Sanjay. if within 3 hrs internet connectivity through my airtel no.[protected] is not started through mobile portabilty I will hire other company services.Rahul Dwivedi

Hi Mr Mittal,
We have atleast 3-4connections of Airtel however i am not too sure will i be keeping one of them or not. It would hardly matter to Bharti as a group however i'll ensure that i wont recommend airtel to anyone going forward.
My concern is not that i lost 300rs its more to do with:
- The way customer is TREATED
- BOTH the customer services paid number DOESNT work
- I have not received any resolution from your meticulous team
- Got an auto mailer of receiving resolution in 24 hours however NO calls & No emails from Airtel team
This is the most ridiculous customer service i have ever got. I would rather RECOMMEND you to CHANGE the call center service provider who is bring BAD name to your brand.
I am DEFINITELY OFF Airtel network for life and will blog this where-ever possible.

This is with regards to pathetic services Airtel is offering. I have Pre-Paid connection Mobile#[protected] which is used by My Mother and due to some issue at your end she is getting some senseless Cricket updates which she never opted for and her account balance (Rs 300) is getting deducted for no reasons which stands NIL now.
I tried calling you from a different network number however both your customer service numbers [protected] & [protected] says its a wrong number so i have no one and no ways to reach you guys to complaint even.
I myself work for service industry and understand how customer service works but this is absolutely hopeless customer experience which i got.
I need a call back with resolution on Mobile No#[protected] within next 24 hours and in case of no response i would go ahead and switch on my services with number portability to one of your competitors who are atleast sensitive enough to such customer grievance and would ensure to reach the top level in Bharti (Sunil Mittal).

AirTel — Very Bad Service
Hi,I had applied for restarting my airtel internet connection 2 weeks before and someone from airtell called and promised to restart the connection within 3 days.
That 3 days went on till 2 weeks and i never got a call from them. i had to call them every time to get an update and today they tell me that they cant give me a connection.
A person comes from Airtel and tekes all the doccuments, promises to give the connection and after making me wait for 2 weeks just tells that we cant give the connection. They made me waste my time and money and in return giving nothing.
I would suggest all the people reading this to thing twice before applying Airtel Connection or try some different connection rather that going for Airtel.

AirTel — Bad customer services

I'm prepaid User of Airtel from more then 1 year. From Last few days I'm checking that my airtle account balance getting debited by Rs 3. So i called Airtel's customer services. Now I'm shocked that what daring people are there. I talked to a lady. I told her my problem. She told me that you have been subscribed for something (which I don't know). I told her that I have not subscribed anything then refund my money back. Then she told me that your account will be debited like this, we will not processed any refund. I asked her name then she hanged up the phone.
I'm really shocked that a CSR can talk like this. what a customer services that Airtel is providing. They debit money from there customer account n when a customer call customer services then they behave like this.
Please anyone help me. I want to file a case against Airtel. I have the recording of that call too as evidence.

you call on this no.[protected] and hear all kinds of abuse. such users needs to be punished but since airtel has no directory it is difficult to know who this bad guy is.
