Airtel — Transfer of proofs

I have been using Airtel Sim [protected] since 5 years and i lost the sim twice and came to know that proofs are on a company name.And i applied for a transfer of address proofs they said the transfer has been done on my name the first and the second time but that was not done dont know why.Now recently i lost my sim and tried to retain it but this time they said its impossible because its not on your name,i told the whole thing and tried to explain that i kept for a transfer of proofs twice,They dint respond positively and i need that sim since all my bank accounts are linked to that and a lot more. so please can anyone help me out with this issue,to contact me my mail id
