RECENTLY A COMPLAINT WAS RAISED BY ME ON ''THE BIG FAT FREE STORE'' ON 02 OCT WHICH U SAID IT WAS RESOLVED....... FOR UR KIND NOTICE I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM U THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED AND THAT STUPID SERVICE IS STILL DEDUCTING MY MONEY......... PLZ DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE ON MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] BECAUSE I ALMOST LOST 100 RUPEES FROM THE DAY IT WAS ACTIVATED AND IM UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE...............

Do they even log a complain when u call !! As per to the docket no given if repeated once called for the followup its said sry sir the no is not valid !! This means this is one more change where airtel gets its place which complaint to register & not to !!! The call made & time consumed to register does not keep a value !!!

My no [protected] here no this no my alls given to helpline no connects kept no hold gets disconnect. Complaint no given is not valid !!! It's airtel where a customers helpline no which decides as per to his convenience in middle of a call which has a problem to disconnect !!

My question is why do u have such uneducated staffs to attend calls which also when called over kid voice promt after the collections of English key they response in Hindi & don't get along in English !!

Improve its a shame to say that at this stage where BHarti AIrtel where is standing is doing this cheap tricks to get its income !!

My no [protected] just one question is there a end to it !! The list of complaints online over the calls & in written to bharti airtel by customers !!! Is this not a shame even after reaching to a stand at this stage you use such cheap tricks !!

Balance deduction !!!
Unwanted calls
Promotional calls
Sms packs which don't work!!
Games deduction !
Etc ...!!!

Bharti airtel their directors & board members are you not aware with this all !!! Get a end !! Give the freedom to live in peace !!! By just not giving false promises & good advertisement but my bring a change in your working system & staffs !!
