[Resolved]  Airtel / WAP Service — Rs 10 gets deducted when ever balance exceeds Rs 10.

guys, i also had such problems so i called so many tymes 2 customer care bt dint get d solution den 1 day called 2 d number given on airtel bill, its d main number, nd complaint them dat i called so many tymes bt they didnt solved ma prob den they told me dat my complaint didnt get forwarded 4 solution and assured me dat it wil b sort out and now its hs been solced

so i[censored] want 2 solve dis problem den chek airtel bill and on d last page chk 4 d number given, nt customer care number bt d other 1 and call t5here nd tell d whole matter :) bbye tc

Even I have the same problem and they are charging Rs.20 and they send the message "Thanks for using (Subscription Text Based Services) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs.20. though my cell is ordinary & not having internet service.

I am not using Airtel Live but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted weekly and a message comes to me from 64611010 . So far i did not to use this service.(hhtp//igmobi.com) . Plz deactivate this service.

Airtel wap has been charging me Rs.10 for several times consecutively for weeks and each time an sms is being sent to me from 64611010 which says that i have been renewed some subscription stardust_pack on airtel wap.(igmobi.com i so far didn't to use this service so how could u charge it. in a month i have to loose Rs.50. i want to get rid of this unnecessary deduction of my balance.if there is some authority to land their ears to their customers than they should obviously help the customers in their need.i want to get rid of this by hook or by crook! Airtel — want deactivate air tel fun based tex based service on air tel wap and yahoo zone subscription service

i am amit thakur my mobile number is [protected], i am activate the yahoo zone subscription servises. and also air tel tex based services on air tel wap ..and i am so many times to try deactivate those services but till it is not happen and they start to cut 30 rupees in a week from my balance of both of these services by air tel / ...the message is send by air tel through the number 54321 and 640001 and i am just want to say tht to air tel company that it is not fair thing ...dont make bad mistake in coustomer ...i am an older customer of air tel from 7 years so deactive those services from my mobile number [protected]. thank you for youe regard and support hope you do that in coustmer favour .
