Dear Sir,
This is regarding the complaint against Airtel, from whom I have bought a SIM in the month of July '2012. My Prepaid no is [protected] & [protected].
As per my original offer, call charges are 30p (1p/2s) for local calls & 60 p for ISD calls (1p/s). But they are charging more than what was offered to me.
When I came to know the problem, I contacted the Airtel customer care. They accepted that there is some technical fault & assured me that it will be solved by 25th of August. My complaint no was CWRCH[protected]. I didn't receive any phone from them, but I received a SMS, mentioning that my problem has been solved.
But they are still charging more than 1 rupee/min for STD (Landline/Mobile) calls & for local also they are charging more.
On 31st August night also, I called them. But it was such a long route to find the customer care representative .Also it is chargeable 50p for 3 min. I was able to contact customer care after no of tries & it took almost 20 minutes to reach there. But that guy after a sometime put me on hold & then disconnected the phone.
So much frustrating experience it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS THE WAY, HOW AIRTEL IS SHOWING PROFITS.....BY FRAUDING & LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS......
Please help me to solve the problem & I want the full refund, which they are charging for their mistake & I need full money for customer care charges also.

Airtel — wrong call charges charged
i m using a airtel no [protected] for d last 3 yrs...this month m call charges r charged to a no many times which i didnt call...i called up d cust care.they took m complain...i got a call frm billing dept.frm.rina...i told her to call m later as i was busy ..bt she didnt call m...i only spoke wid her 4 few mins...bt d prob was nt solved...nw m biling date is near.what sud i do?
