Airtel — wrong committed & Number is deactivated but receiving bills | |||
Dear Sir; I have taken yours airtel post-paid connection my ph no ; [protected] . Your sales person wrong committed to me and He said that you will get 1500 minute local and STD calls free but When 1 month bill generated i didn't get any free call in my bill. My bills is unclear as they committed and more than my expectations. I requested deactivation of my post-paid number and it is deactivated on 2 December 2012. But the request is not processed and I am receiving bills for the number. Please help me get rid of this PATHETIC SERVICE and loss of money! we have called sumit pichkate in nagpur your company employee mobile no [protected] to cancell my mobile no [protected], but to deaf ears and we are receiving bills every month we request you to kindly cancell the said add on mobile no with immediate effect we are not going to pay the said bill please recover the said amount from sumit pichkate as he is liable and we have not used the services of the said add on mobile no for a single time
