SIM card activation faild..

i am having tamilnadu Airtel sim card (no is 9600707560) since last four months i did not use this simcard ..now i would like to use that sim..but i am unable to use this sim due to activation failed . (right now i am at pune) ...so kindly activate this no as soon as possible..
