Hello Sir when I try to book a complaint in Airtel in 198 They didnot connect to the customer service execuitve but when i try it in 121 they will connect to the customer service execuitve and charge the rupees.They r cheating like this

some customer service exicutive of airtel gave call to my home talked rubish with my mom. they are working in thane manpada somewere.please take action against and tell me their addressed their name are rahul and ujwala they are working for postpaid bill collection for Airtel.
