I was told by the customer care rep that he was going to transfer my call to the Closure department. This is Praharsh Gupta from Barabanki ( Uttar Pradesh).
I have an Airtel digital TV connection from approx 18 months ,and facing issues with Airtel digital TV from last 6 months.
Here is a error code coming B001 , which comes often in this connection.
Last month we have called a service engineer for the issue and paid 100 rs for the same.
Again this month same issue has come 5-6 times with error code...

Airtel seems to be running a very widespread scam through mobile ads. I can see many complaints in the same forum about this, and surely many more go unreported or even unknown.

Here is the scam:
1. Place links on mobile apps and websites (sometimes possibly close to buttons, other links etc)
