[Resolved]  Alchemist Infra Realty Limited — Is it true or not,i got my amount or not.

My name is Sujit Das and I was invested Rs. 7 lac as MIS for 3 Yrs @ interest 12% on Apr 2014. Accordingly I got return everymonth of Rs. 7000/- upto the month of Jan 2015. But from Feb 2015 it has stopped. The agent cant explain the reason why delay to pay. Please clarify the matter. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

Our Agent told us we will get 1, 000 per month for 27 months. After that we will get full investment amount. But we got 22, 000 only upto June 2015. That means we will get 1 Lakh & 5, 000 till now. But our Agent can’t say anything. We contacted our nearest Branch at Serampore, Hooghly of West Bengal. But they also said nothing.

Your Agent told us we will get 1, 166 per month for 36 months. After that we will get full investment amount. But we got 27, 992 only upto June 2013. That means we will get 1 Lakh & 13, 992 till now. But our Agent can’t say anything. We contacted Salt lake Branch, Kolkata of West Bengal. But they also said nothing.
The Agent also pressurize for doing a recurring for 3 years, 1000 per month. The amount was directly debited from Bank account. 18 months amount deducted from account. 1ST deduction date was 1/1/11. But the Agent didn’t give us any certificate.

I am Achintya Roy, an agent of alchemist infra realty ltd..and newly alchemist township india ltd. we, by our senior specially MR. INDRAJIT ROY, SUNIL MONDAL, MR. BAPI ROY...ETC. in programme nd by personal convinceing programme...heard that...' it is just like a banana...open ..nd take as u need..!' but now my cliant's are not paying their maturity in time... and those bloody busterd guyes are not meeting with us at all...any proper information from company is un-available to us ! this mr.K.D. SINGH...AND HIS COMPANY..(MONEY MARKETING) is as frod as his leader ( mrs. mamta banjee}, at netaji indoor stadium ...MR. MITHUN CHAKRABORTTY .." commented to us ...that u see me...nd i 'm not frod some-one nd i do not be the brand ambassador of any frod company..." but later we found him at "SARADHA " be the first to refund money from saradha...
so now mr. k.d, singh...really i[censored] r not the mamta's frod manager...then return our money in time nd. don't bounces our cheque s in bank . and save us from social harrasment...because u have no problem...u r politicians but we the laks of agents r common people...who trusted u.

from april to today there is no maturity from AIRLl nd ATIL. kindly infrom us about the companies present economical condition... is it possible to return our money in time or not..!

mera paisa maturity ho gaya hai ten lakhs[protected] aur two lakh fifty thousand (250000) par abhi tak myjhe paisa mila hai humlog bahut pareshan hain. kya hame paisa milega ya nahi.

I have received 2 cheques from Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd being t refund of my matured amount. The due date for payment of these cheques was in July'2015, but cheques bounced due to non-availability of fund in their bank account. The matter was reported to nearest branch (Suligurri) and they apprised me that Company is making payment to investors due for March/April'2015. After clearing delayed payment they will collect cheques due for May/June so on and payment will be made through NEFT system. I am visiting the branch office 4-5 times a month seeking for payment, but they didn't give me exact date for deposition of cheques till date. Now I am hearing various rumors that the company is under pressure to wind up their business as per the directives of SEBI and compel to refund the money to its investors as the company is blacklisted by SEBI. By hearing such news, now I am in very tension and afraid of losing of my hared earned money.

Since the company is reputed one and is running by Famous businessmen of our country, I think they will not do anything that affects their investors adversely. and expect that company will clear all dues of their investors and not to cheat anybody.

It is seen that a number of investors who invested their hard earned money in Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd are nowadays rushing to their nearest branches for seeking their payment (monthly interest and matured payment), because cheques issued by the company is being bounced due to non-availability of sufficient money with their bank account. I have also 2 cheques received against matured payment/ The due date (July'2015) is already over. But the company is not giving any assurance to investors regarding their payment. We can't see any written instructions from company side in this regard displayed in the notice board of their offices. Really it is a serious issue. Whenever I am visiting the branch office, I am getting verbal assurances from the staff that they will collect my cheques as and when they receive directives from their Head Office. But it is not known by anybody when they receive calls and how long it take for payment. etc.

At this juncture, it is the responsibilities of company to issue a written assurances to all investors regarding their payment so that everybody can live here very peacefully without any tension or worries. I think AIRL will definitely do the needful for convenience of their investors.

Dear Sir,
I am a retired person with 78 years of age, and have invested Rs.70000/- . for MIS Scheme, last 10 months I did'nt get any monthly interest form Alchemist. My agent is not receiving my phone. From other mobile trying to catch him, but i am unable. When I go to his house for this issue, his family given different type of excuse. Please advise me what to do ? I have a maturity this month. Should I go to the legal fouram or any other ways to resolve this problem.

After mature of my policy, I have submitted the orgnal copy of the policy. But till know the amount has been not receive by alchemists infra realty limited.

I have invested Rs.3, 00, 000/- in alchemist reality limited but my agent took my certificate and changed it to Alchemist Township Ltd... Now I m hearing that thousand of people are not getting there money...Debosmita

I have invested Rs.70000/- in 2012 as MIS. But it matured in Feb'2015 and company not paying the money. It simply buying time month by month. In it's office at GC Avenue, Kolkata, nobody is there to listen to depositors. It is totl chaos and panic. Many depositors are visitng the office and shouting at the junior staff with huge frustration. They are telling to talk to one D N Singh, buit where is he ? how to talk to him?. They are telling you wire to Chandigarh office.

I fee hopeless and cheated. I may not get the money back. More dangerous is that they are collecting deposits even after banning by SEBI. They are collecting in the name of infra-project at Chandigarh from Kolkata investor who hardly knows where / what is Chandigarh. Many depositrs'agents coming up with cheques for the deposit.

I think it is happening with full knowledge of the concerned minister / authorities.Like I know some more depositors in my area who is after the company to get their deposit back. But no hope.

I request all the affected people to come together and to do some action so that we get the money back.

Dear sir, Sub: Complaint against non payment of monthly interest from the
month of August, 2015 under customer ID No. TZZ0012867 in the

We would like to lodge our complaint against M/s. Alchemist Township India Limited who are not paying any monthly interest from the month of August, 2015 and not to pay the maturity value which is yet lying under their custody but after several visit to their Kolkata Branch Office the said company denies to arrange our outstanding dues of monthly interest and for the maturity value as noted above customer ID Nos.

It is also informing it that the Kolkata branch authority who are advising to us to submit our original certificates against the maturity without any acknowledgement and they will do so further investment for next two years but as on my raised matter they are trying to divert for the outstanding monthly interest and for the maturity payment .

At this present situation we have no faith on them and want to withdraw our invested amount and at the same time urging you for the outstanding monthly interest and for the maturity payment which is yet due from the month of August, 2015 for monthly interest and for maturity since from 17.01.2016.

As the bonafide investors we are now confused and at the same for such harassment now we are wandering from here to there after lodged our written complaint which they received through email and at the same intimated to them to their Kolkata office through registered post but the Head office of the said noted company refused to accept it and returned to us dated 06.04.2016 and 04.04.2016.

We the undersigned are now like to lodge this grievance against the present hackle and for harassment and pray to you to arrange the outstanding dues for monthly interest and for the maturity payment under above noted customer ID nos.

i had invested 10.000 in fixed deposit term plan for 6yrs, and the maturity date was oct.16 still i am waiting for my money & agent is saying u will get the money as per plan but u will be not entitled the interest from oct, 16 to till date.so think my money&interest after maturity is in their pocket . now i have one option to file a fraud case against them

I invested Rs.1, 00, 000/- with Alchemist infra realty ltd on27/01/2012 & matured on 06/01/2015. A cheque no- 374368 dt.06/07/2015 of PNB was received . But it was dishonourd for insufficient fund. Again that cheque was taken back for RTGS payment on24/02/2016.
Till today no communication is received, being an ailing elderly i need it very urgently.
