Can anyone guide me About the security of investments in ALCHEMIST GROUP, is Alchemist Township India Limited is a part of this Alchemist Group.

I am 70 years old senior citizen person and cannot walk and travel. I have invested invested in Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd for 3 years through agent. Now in maturity is in this month and agent now telling Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd will provide cash and myself have to received from branch office which is too long from my house.

Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd taking cheque for opening the account and also provide cheque for MIS scheme. Now on maturity why they are paying cash instead of cheque ?????

I have invested in ALCHEMIST more than 5 yrs ago in MIS and Fixed deposit.I have got my money time to time through MIS and Fixed.Till date i did not found any type of fraud case in ALCHEMIST.
Till date my lots of money are lying over there in ALCHEMIST.
I got all the certificates and papers.
In future i don't know what will be happen.Now every chit fund are coming and showing fraud company.
One of my friend invested more than 10 lacs and he also got money after maturity.

alchemist is a fuuly cheat fund company...so dont invest here..they collect a huge money basically from reral belt of west bengal...but i m sure in the time of maturity they will be vanished..for example, one agent bring a polcy of 50000 from a customer, 12 years scheme(maturity 5 times, 2, 50, 000)..agent
comisson 30%or 15000..remaing amount is[protected]=35000, how they will give 2, 50, 000 aganist 35, 000..it is totally fraud...so be catious, carefull before investment every customer rather your condition

No company of ALCHEMIST group is allowed by RBI to collect public money! So, beware before making any investment in any scheme of ALCHEMIST. They run Ponzie scheme and sometime they will cheat your money. Here is the list from RBI who are allowed to take public deposits.

All India list of NBFCs including RNBCs, to whom Certificate of Registration under Section 45 IA of RBI Act, 1934 have been issued by the Reserve Bank of India to hold / accept deposits from public. (Position as on May 31, 2012)

@ ranvijay83: Why are you misleading people? There is no company law to return public money. Please provide proof of your claim. Where is it mentioned, in RBI website? If any company do illegal financial business like collecting money, only few states in India have laws to stop their business on the basis of doubt. Else unless somebody makes a written complain against these companies, many states do not even have the power to stop them. Only SEBI can investigate and stop their activities. Also there is no provision to make refund of public money!!! And since they run Ponzie scheme, almost 80% of the money collected are already spent and go into the personal account of the owners, the property the leave behind will just be 1% of the total collected money. The scam generally occurs after 10/12 years of running, but this is no hard and fast rule. It can happen anytime.

I invested in a company called Alchemist Holdings Ltd in March 2008. Redeemable Preference Shares each of Rs 10 x 2000 units. The certificate says that i will get back 40, 000 in March 2014. However i am unable to contact the agent nor able to locate the company in Kolkata. Can someone tell me how i can reach them in Kolkata.

Aapki Alchemist infra reality limited ye dawa karti hai ki koi bhi fixed deposit ko 5.5 sal me double and 16.5 sal me 10 times kar degi.To kya yeh company customer ko sahi samay se time puri hone ke bad dawa kiye gye wade ke anusar payment kar degi ya fir customer ko bahut sari paresaniyon ka samna karna padega.

Please send them all details of your investment along with any proof/s that you have (for e.g. xerox copies of 'Certificate of Property' or 'Receipt' copy or anything else). Explain to SEBI everything. They will take the necessary action and help you get your money back.

Pl do not go to any company for investment whatever amount if you want PEACE in your life. Go to only nationalised BANK.

I guess your money is not safe anymore as all news coming one by one in the market regarding this kind of business. Even alchemist reality infra one of the example.

I had also invested in alchemist infra reality 330000.00 and it is already matured 7 moths ago. I had submitted all documents 10 months ago, but till date I have not received the maturity amount. When I call to my Agent and respective branch regarding this they simply said that we have not taken your money. You directly contact with the company. I had enquired to the company still not getting any response and no money. I dont know what I will do now.

For all the agent with their poor knowledge and the people who have invested their hard earned money please go through the web link before investing your money.

This group is fraud like all other chit fund company.. their license is cancelled by SEBI.
