The company should deonstrate the working of battery before the client. He cannot say it is ok from his side.This is nmot acceptable.

Hi, My car battery has 48months warranty. But the warranty card is missing. However the battery has manufacturing date of 06/11 and its only 25months from manufacturing date. I never understand how my warranty is invalid just because I dont have the purchase date? The battery manufacturing date itself does show that its only 25 months and hence it should be replaced. How come companies like amaron can cheat people like this taking the pretext of some unnecessary documents.

You have to write to their support email and tell them to escalate it to superiors who are aware of this law.
Now all companies cannot give excuse that bill is not there or warranty card is not there.
I have Godrej AC and on the Godrej website they are giving the option to download PDF of warranty card and print it in case you lost it.
Either company has to provide duplicate warranty card and/or bill if lost or they have to honour warranty and take a sign from you that warranty has been claimed. So in case you bring warranty card next time and try to claim again.
They used to refuse but when they started misusing this way Indian govt has issued these guidelines.
COmpany has to maintain record of all products sold and furnish duplicate bill or necessary documents so consumer can get warranty.
