[Resolved] ATM — Cash debit from a/c but not received | |
To:ICIC Bank Dear Sir, I am M S S KAMESHWARA RAO my A/C no. [protected], HDFC Bank Begusarai (Bihar). On 24.03.08 i am with drawl amount 20, 000/- through your ICICI ATM locatation Opp Telephone bhavan .Begusarai. The same amount debited from my account but i am not received the CASH .Then after i am reported to your Begusarai branch then they are telled the same amount agains credited in my account but till date i have not received. i gaced the same problem in SBI ATM of Rs 15000 but still date they have not credited my money i am thinking of FIR

Its so pathetic that the bank guys will not even bother of the customers who have not recieved the money through ATM even after debiting the amt from the account.
I had the same situation 3 days ago and when i approached the Bank People they were saying that it would take 45 to 60 days to reverse the amount.
Why the hell i should wait for two months when it was the problem with their ATM
Bank people will not understand that it was their ATM problem for not dispersing the amount, due to which the customer is suffering and made to wait untill 45 to 60 days, infact there will not be proper communication or confirmation that they are going to revert the amount.
This is Tooo bad ...I suggest the government to arrange a cell where these kind of customers can lodge a complaint on the banks.I had this wonderful experience with AXIS BANK.

TOTAL Y 114 DAYS GONE SIR BUT STILL THEY ARE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION FOR MY AMOUNT. I WANT A COMPACTION SIR. FOR PAST 114 DAYS. PLUSE MY AMOUNT OF RS. 3000
