I HAVE BOOKED THE PRODUCT ON[protected] & I GOT MY PRODUCT ON[protected].WHEN I OPENED MY PRODUCT & CHECKED IT THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE.I CALL THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY & THE COMPANY EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO PICKUP THE PRODUCT WITHIN 10 DAYS.BUT THEY PICK THE PRODUCT ON[protected] THROUGH TNT COURIER COMPANY.I CALL THE COMPANY AFTER 4-5 DAYS THAT WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY PRODUCT & THEY TOLD ME TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITHIN 4-5 DAYS.AFTER 5 DAYS I CALL BACK THE COMPANY THEN THE OTHER EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THE SAME THING.ON[protected] I GOT MY PRODUCT WHICH IS AGAIN DEFECTIVE & THE PROBLEM IS SAME THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT GETTING STARTED AFTER BEING CHARGED FOR 2-3 HOURS.I AGAIN CALL BACK THE COMPANY &THE COMPANY EXECUTIVE (AMIT)ASSURED ME TO AGAIN PICK UP THE PRODUCT WITHIN MAX.10DAYS..THE COMPANY GIVE ME THE INVOICE DATED[protected] & TILL NOW THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE..PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM

AVA merchandising — Defective PRODUCT NOKIA 26W

I ORDERED A Nokia HS-26-W Bluetooth Headset .The Product was defective when delivered .I called then several times THERE was no response from their end .order date is 10/05/2008.they told that courrier will pick from my end till now no one showed up ...

sony digital camera and nokia bluetooth — products are not replaced yet

order numbr[protected]...i have sended my both the products to ava merchandising.i have not got any confirmation yet...both the products are very urgent for me...so please reply me as soon as possible...contact number is [protected]
i bought olambus digital camera for 8990 rupees and it get falt and send for replacement.we call your coustomer care there is no response from your side. after 4 month only they said that the product is not avaiable .they said that instead of that product sony dsp730 model @8440 will be send to you with in 15 days . for remaining 500 rupees we asked to send the catelog to this id [protected]@yahoo.co.in . but they not responding . we ask you to take sevier steps regarding this immediatly

I fully agree with the complaints. I too have experienced the same. I ordered a Blackberry on 21st Aug. Later I was told that the order was booked only on 26th Aug. They delivered the watch but have not delivered the product yet (15th Sep). The cusomer care guys keep giving false commitments. Today I spoke to their team leader by name Gaurav Ujjainwala. He promised he would give me the courier number on 19th Sep. I am not sure if he wud meet his commitment.
