I too got the sms message today. Thanks for info. I am glad I searched the net. Is there anyway way we can stop these frauds?

i had received this sms couple of weeks back i replied '& also shared 300rs for courier charges. In return i got 2 Hyderabad perl set from them. it's REAL not fake

I too got the same message from BA-Lucky " with my name, i am complaining as i saw
so many complaints already posted here

Well Guys, I have also received a similar message and I am a Vodafone user. The reply number i have received is 54999656.

me too got same sms in my vodafone network..so even vodafone also givng its hand to do tis type of fraud among people...Who vl give a solution for tis type of sms.

With my full name mentioned in it, I had received the following SMS
"You are Lucky Winner who had Won Pearl Set Worth M.R.P. Rs. 2500/. Absolutely Free. For Details & Redemption SMS LUCKY To 56263042"

I felt this is a hoax and didn't wanted to reply to this SMS to loose Rs. 3/- however, when I browsed through Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, there were already many complaints on the same. Thanks to this community, and on my behalf, I am submitting this complaint.

I received an sms from BA LUCKY on my airtel connection, saying that "Congratulations, you have won Pearl set woth mrp 2500/- absolutely free. For details and redemption, sms lucky to 54999656". I replied and got Rs 3/- deducted from my balance. However nothing happenns except a message "thankyou for sending reply". There is no follow up on details and redemption.
I want to draw your attention to such dubious companies who are fooling the customer and earning money. There shall be something done by the authorities...

I have received also message from BA-Lucky on my Vodafone connection And said that you had won pearl set worth 2500 then i replied the message then i got again "Thank You For Reply.We Will Contact You Shortly."

Hi i received mess from BA Lucky they are mentioned my name and they told i got a prize of rs 2500 worth pearl set they told me to sent reply sms lucky to 54999656 i sent that also they deducted 3 Rs today ( 16.01.10 ) again they sent one reply they received my mess they will call me shortly.. i had a doubt for this thats y i searc in net but they are cheated many of them like this so kindly take action to these type of persons and take care the public...

Same sms i have got today on my Vodafone no. with my full name. I think someone should go Crime branch for such a fraud. otherwise many simple indian will be fool easily. Its my humble request to all of you, if you are able to do complaint than pls. do.

yes i am also got sms, i try to reply that sms but it not sent. i am useing Aircell, i think thay may blocked that sender, Thanks to Aircell

i feel, its a fraud number and cheated many people. So plz take any action on that kind of numbers.

poz do something i also recevied that sms than they deduct the balance from my a/c

i too received this msg... but its not a fraud msg... i replied to that msg and i got the pearl set from the jewellers through courier... its true...

My complaint is fevor of BA Lucky companies, because it send worg message that i won PEARL set of MRP 2500 . we have in depretion, we it contorl it's message.

Hi, all Yes I also received a similar message and thought of searching the net before replying, because I know we cannot get anything free just like that, but we really feel cheated by these telecom companies, many a times, a strict action should be taken against these.
