[Resolved]  BagItToday — non receipt of Item/refund

Dear Sir

Iam D.Ramesh ordered for a Samsung LCD TV worth Rs:17699.00 after receiving a call from Bagittoday.

I paid an amount of 17699.00 thru credit card in the month of june 2010 and till now i dinnot received the item or my money refund.

I wasted so much of money in making calls to Bagittoday customer care and to [protected]@bagittoday.com, [protected]@bagittoday.com, [protected]@bagittoday.com, but of no use.

My booking ID is:[protected].

In the month of August/September 2010 bagittoday people told me that my order has been despatched to ARAMEX courier and the packing code is [protected]..again a suspition here I called up aramex customer care they told me that my order has been sent back to DELHI….again next day I called up aramex courier they told me that the packing is at Hyderabad and they r planning to send back…lot of confusion and suspition. Finally i didnt received my item.

In the month of October 2010 they told me that they are going to return my money and my refund ID is:RE10004743 but till now i didnot receive my refund money.

Please look into the truce facts and advise furtther action.

SAMSUNG LCD TV — non receipt of offer items

I have purchased a samsung lcd tv from Ms: Great Eastern Trading Company, 20 old court house street,
Tel:[protected]/8718/8858 on 11.12.18.
During the period 10.12.08 to 31.12.08 there was an offer going on under which i was supposed to receive an airtel digital set top box with connection and also a scratch card, on purchase of the TV
but none of it was provided to me.
inspite of calling up at Great eastern Trading Company several times they are not responding to my request
I even called up to the Samsung help line and filed a complaint regarding this matter, and they provided me with a complaint docket No- [protected] but still i did not recieve any action taken against my complain.
thus I am forced to file a complaint against both samsung and Great Eastern Trading Company for cheating on me( the consumer) and not providing me with the offer which i am supposed to get.

SIR, I BOOKED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS THROUGH MOBILE WITH SHRI ADITYA ZHA & SHRI VIKAS EXECUTIVES OF LIVING MEDIA INDIA LTD.ON DT 26.07.2010 THE CUSTOMER ID IS GIVEN BELOW THE AMOUNT OF WHICH IS PAID BY ME THROUGH CREDIT CARD.

THE AMOUNT OF RS 17699/- BEING THE COST OF LCD WAS DEBITED THROUGH CREDIT CARD OF HDFC BANK IMMEDIATELY AT 7:35 PM, THE MESSAGE OF WHICH WAS CONVEYED TO ME THROUGH SMS & SAME WAS CONFIRMED BY SH ADITYA ZHA FOR BOOKING OF LCD ALONG WITH FREE GIFTS WRIST WATCH OF REEBOK, SUNGLASSES OF NUMEROUNO, GOLD & DIAMOND VOUCHERS OF WORTH RS 40000/- A TRAVELLER BAG OF ADIDAS& HOLIDAY STAY IN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL 3 TO 5 STAR HOTEL FOR 7/8 DAYS STAY .IN THE ANOTHER CALL A SUM OF RS 7000/- WAS ALSO DEBITED THROUGH HDFC CREDIT CARD FOR THE OFFER OF HOLIDAY STAY AT 7:39 PM.IN THIS OFFER I WAS PROVIDED WITH WRIST WATCH OF POLO COMPANY, GOLD VOUCHERS OF WORTH RS 30000/-& 4 ADULT MEMBERS NATIONAL& INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKETS FREE OF COST .
IT WAS TOLD TO ME BY SH VIKAS THAT ALL SUCH OFFERED ITEMS ARE BEING DESPATCHED TO YOU ON DT 27.07.2010, BUT NONE OF SUCH ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED SO FAR. I REQUEST YOUR HIGHNESS TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER PERSONALLY & OBLIGE.

My order no[protected] was pending since 30/9/2010. I recd an email from bagittoday on 22 oct 2010 that order is under process.However i have received no intimation regarding despatch of item, On contacting customer care i was told that item is not in stock and cant be sent.I fail to understand how an item which was sold to me on 30/9/2010 and was on sale for a week after that suddenly become unavailable for me,This is fraud and unacceptable business practice.I would like a full refund to my credit card and also an explanation as to how this could happen.I contacted various customer care reps who made empty promises.I HAVE NEITHER GOT THE ITEM I PAID FOR 45 DAYS BACK NOR THE REFUND I WAS PROMISED.Strict action including penalty along with refund and de registration of this outfit should be considered.I have learnt from your site that there are many more complaints against them.
