it is inform to you that i had purchased a life insurance policy from your office located at feroze gandhi market , ludhiana..when i approach your office for the surrender of my policy..one of your employee..Mr. sandeep kumar..who is working in that office misbehave me.. i ask him for the surrender of my policy.. he told me come to office next day i'm bussy in my work.. when second time i visit your office he told me that you bring your identitiy card as well as copy of cancelled cheque.. when the next day , i visit your office he told me that i will not surrender your policy i don't have a time for you... and he also told me go to your agent from whom you purchase this policy.... and he misbehave me by saying " patta nahi kitho kitho muh chak ke chale ande ne"
sir, he misbehave me so badly in his staff ..i cant express .. now you are requested to surrender my policy and punish your employee who misbehave an old aged person of 55yrs old... i also want to know which action is taken by you for misbehaviour of me ..otherwise i will approach the district court for misbehaving me
