[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance — Policy Documents not given

Dear Sir,

This is regarding my car insurance renewal which was due to expire on 10th July 2009 taken from New India Insurance. I was getting continous call from Bajaj Allianz executive ( company roles)for renewal of the policy from one month. Finally on 23rd June 2009 i finally gave him the premium cheque of Rs 6548/-. I was assured by the executive that i will get the hard copy of the policy within 3 days. Unfortunately nothing happened after that i was daily calling customer care for the update but every time they said it will be delivered by tommorrow. I again tried calling customer care on 7th July and threaten them if i don't get the policy on time i will take action against them. I was aaured that they will send soft copy within 2 hrs. and by 9th July i will recieve hardcopy as my first year policy was to expire on 10th of July 2009. But even after that i got the soft copy by mail on 9th July 2009 and still to recieve the hard copy of the policy.

This has been pathectic experience i got my enrolling for Bajaj Allianz insurance. I think they don't understand the seriousness of not having insurance papers & problems i could face due to that. I want you to take a strict action against this casual way of working towards such important things which can land one in major trouble.

Insurance — NOT SEND CAR INSURANCE DOCUMENT

SIR, To your kind information I paid 13776/-(chequeno.082600 dt.29.11.08).Yet i am not received the car insurance document.I already informed the above matter to your anna nagar branch but no responce.Because of your delay my business is affected. so i request you do needful for the earliest. Bajaj Allianz — Not receiving policy documents

Although I have paid for my car insuarance a week back I am yet to recieve the soft and hard copy documents. My policy is getting expired by tommorrow and and gonna have a huge problem of not having insurance. I was assured from bajaj allainz that I will get my policy within 48h of the payment but they have not sent anything even though I have paid week back. Even the customer care people and the management are bunch of thorough unproffessionals - they are not replying at all to the complaint made through mails and whenever I do call them they say it wil delivered within 2h time and done nothing. It is also surprising that Bajaj Allianz cliams big onsite to get the policy instantly but they dont follow it up a bit. It is true that Bajaj allianz is very quick and insatantly take actions till the payment process but then they sleep for several weeks without even botherd to tell me that there will be delay, if any, in issuing the policy. Please take this as my grivience against Bajaj allianz and take appropriate action against them .

hii...this is sourav jindal here.i got my hyundia i10 isurance done from bajaj allianz insurance company.i have given them a check of 7589.bt till now i have not recieved any policy or cover note.so i request yo to take an action regarding the same.

Bajaj Allianz general insurance is pathetic . I applied for home insurance (all risk policy ) on agreed value basis. I got a call from Mr John Makwane that email link for online payment has been sent------ on checking, the proposed policy was different than what I had asked for & even after talking to him that I wanted All Risk Policy, he kept pushing a fire policy.

I had to put my foot down & tell him that I am interested only in All Risk Policy & not Fire policy & he reluctantly forwarded a link for online payment.

However, I made the payment on 21 April at 8 pm & I have received no acknowledgement of payment till today 27 April ----- forget soft copy of policy.

Mr John Makwane & Mr Avinash Waghmare who were religiously contacting me till online payment was made, now do not respond to emails for further information regarding issuance of policy.

I made a complaint to Bajaj Allianz call centre on 26 April but have not received any reply till now.
