I have received your mail but sorry to inform you that you have misguided me by giving me fictitous commitments again and again. Now you have advised me to install tulu water pump or increase the water tank height which is totally non sense things. I have purchased the gas geyser from you and the same was installed by your company but at that time nothing was brought to my notice in this regard. I have already informed you that in my society many residents who have installed the reputed company gas geysers, they have not faced any problem as mentioned by you as above. Last year you have committed me to replace my gas geyser if I got any further problem. But now you have not stood on your words. Being a Head of the Service Branch this is very bad on your part. I assume that you are not solving my genuine problem and you have not bothered about the customer grievances. Now I am being compelled by you to go to Consumer Court for the justice. You have harrassed me for the past two years, the same cannot be assessed in terms of money but I claiming Rs. 15, 000/- in this respect from you, Rs. 3000/- the cost of the manufacturing defected geyser, Rs. 5000/- towards incurred towards taking the legal Advocated fees etc. i.e. total amounting to Rs. 23, 000/-.
i m prateek from noida...last yr i bought BAJAJ GAS GYESER and its is not workin properly or u can it is not heating water...i have complainted to helpline no. and they have change it also but still its working i m fed up using it...
I Purchased a Bajaj gas Geyser from M/s Bhavani Appliances Prop. name Dilip Sharma mobile number 9341228841 121 Mahalaxmi Complex shop no 4 B V K Iyengar Road Bangalore-53 .
During the Guarantee period it had some defect, for which I duly asked the service center to rectify the problem. After my Gas geyser stayed in the service centre for nearly a month.The service center handed over the Geyser back to me as the problem still perisisted. I received the Geyser with a sticker stating that the Geyser has some manufacturing defect and the particular parts are not available with the company, So the service center which is based in Tippasandra Bangalore, assured me that If I take the Geyser back to the Dealer he will get it duly exchanged and I would be getting an extended guarantee of another two years.
Now the state of the Geyser is that Its lying with the Dealer for past 20 days. The Dealer has excuse that he doesn't have a replacement piece as Bajaj has stopped supply of its new appliances. He says that the the old geyser is with the main Distributor in Mysore road who is unable to exchange due to shortage of supply.
The Dealer in turn being a gentleman has thought of a solution of my problem. He says that if I would have liked, He can provide me with a replacement Geyser of Venus Company (I am not sure of Companies goodwill) for which I still have not answered. My family has always been a loyal customer with Bajaj.
My Question to you would be.
1) Has Bajaj stopped supplying its appliances.
2) As I am unsure of the company of which the dealer has accepted for the replacement, should I go ahead and accept his proposal.
3) If it is wrong than can some action be taken against the whole system, as its spoiling the name of the company, which has been like a pillar to our country's corporate sector.
gas geysers is not the technology manufactured by indians or india,
1. gas geysers emmit a lot of pollution
2. gas geysers have a life span of hardly 2-3 years
3. gas geysers dont emmit carbon monoxide fumes that are not good for health
4. gas geysers dont get an isi if you find an isi on any gas geyser ure being faked.
5. gas geysers are harmful if you have no ventilation in your bathroom, which can lead to bursting or choking.
6. in india, govt registered companies supply only one cylinder that leads insufficent gas for days.
7. prevent pollution for a better future. (GLOBAL WARMING)...
I Strongly disagree with your suggestion, even electric water heaters are not 100% safe, the same companies of electric geyser are importing gas geysers, then what do you say about the company like BOSH, Racold, USHA ???????
even electric geysers burst if there is no water, electric geyser needs a lot of electricity then i don't know how come you are talking about global warming, it just shows cheap business tactics.
i have purchased bajaj gas geyser on 21 of jan 2010. after installation problem started. we complaint so many times but everytime they juz try to show us our fault. anyway one day we recorded the video and saw the dealer and they took action and the problem solved somehow. after that juz 10 days back we started geyser and suddenly the outer body got black spott like burnt, we complained and the person came and he opened the geyser and he cut some part from inside and he replied us that this was extra part in geyser thats why the flame was comming out and the geyser body burnt. i complaint about the noise but they replied its ok. now my geyser looks very spotty so what should i do?
I agree with the complaints made by all. I also purchased Bajaj gas geyser in February and the problem of not starting persists in spite of several complaints. It appears there is some basic problem regarding internal settings since there are variable conditions of water temperature (input) and quantum of gas. The service personnel do not have a grasp of these conditions. The company has to make it foolproof so that ordinary technicians also can easily rectify. It is better to refer the matter to top management of the company so that they can take corrective and preventive action since the reputation of the company is at stake.
I am having Padmini Gas geyser and facing lots of problem because of maintenance work. After working 2-3 minths it requires cleaning. for cleaning, no company's authorised service center is there in Bhopal so I am dependent on the so called dealer/seller/agent for its repair work. Because of single agency for handling such problems they are generally attend problem after 15-20 days after daily reminders.
Please help me if any other agency available for repair work of gas geysers.
I wish i had read the complaints about BAJAJ GAS GEYSER earlier . I had bought the geyser in oct 2011 .It is not working for the past one week and even after making daily reminders to the service centre, nobody has turned up . I feel totally cheated .The after sales service are really pathetic.
I strongly agree with the complaints. Looking at the brand we chosed bajaj instead of racold. Hardly i got hot water to take bath. I gets tripped every time we close the tap. again if we want hot water i need to switch off the geyser and swith on. After that water may come or not based on luck. if any one is planing to purchase gas geyser do not think of bajaj. I am ready to give it back. I dont mind if the dealer wants to deduct little amount. I brought it from pune Sai electricals near Dange chowk on 27 May 2012.
I have purchased Bajaj Gas Geyser before nearly 3 years. But, since last 6 months it is not working. I recently visited Bajaj service centre to get it repaired and they have harassed me like anything. They kept the Geyser with them for nearly 15 days and at lat they returned me and said this model is no more produced by the company and the parts are not available. So, what is my fault? If company is not producing the model, why should I suffer. If my case would not be solved, I would go to consumer protection.
