[Resolved]  Bank Loan — non payment

On date[protected],a leading manipur news paper sangai express carried an advertisement for payment loan.Some three mobile nos.were given.When I contact one person received it and identified himself as souvik banerjee from kolkata an agent of smarter credit company which gives loan to various state.He asked to send me my document to avail loans I send my photo I-card,bank passbook and trade licence(photo copies).He said it will be process very quicky and after giving the loan you need to sign one insurance policy which will serve as some sort of security for them.He gave his home address as31,Grish Mukherjee road,kolkata-29 and their office address as,Webel(spelling may be incorrect)building-Room no.17.Salt Lake city-kolkata.His contact no.[protected] and office no.[protected]. He gave me one persons sbi acct.no for making deposit for processing fee of rs 6000/-.The acct.no.[protected] sbi kolkata the acct.holder's name sunil patra.After depositing the processing fee all their phones are switch off.The office no.is ringing but no one pickup.So, I am helpless please help me to get back atleast the processing fee that I gave to them
