Dear Madam/Sir,

I am unable to understand that you are only checking your verbal record. But not going in chronological order to fulfill the commitments made by you verbally as well as written consent by Mr. Yogesh Sangle and Noreen Lobo Keswani vide your letter dated 13th March 2009 under reference forwarding the said card. In this letter Barclay said “The enclosed welcome booklet carries lavish vouchers from premium outlet.” But no such lavish vouchers are found enclosed with this letter. This particular aspect of agreed terms and conditions signed by Barclay Authorities has been fully ignored by you and only giving stress on verbal record where also this was told. As agreed, this verbally and written accepted terms and conditions needs to be fulfilled first. This matter is clearly given by these high authorities of Barclay in this letter.(see that letter clearly) There was no mention in writing by Barclay for forwarding this voucher after payment( This is also told verbally). Means priority wise and sequel Barclay failed to execute their own verbally and written agreed terms and conditions. This first failure of verbally and written agreed terms and conditions by Barclay creating doubts regarding further fulfilment of offers being informed to me. This fact was brought to your notice verbally as well as by email and letter but every time Barclay is denying which makes the customer (card holder) to refrain for making the payment. And till then Barclay is trying to make the customer defaulter. Hence the amount towards BPC membership which has been debited is not per your own agreed terms and conditions told by your associate and by Mr. Yogesh Sangle and Noreen Lobo Keswani vide letter dated 13th March 2009 explained above. You are talking about the post payment gifts but you are purposefully ignoring the fact of sending the vouchers mentioned in the letter forwarding the card dated 13th March 2009. There it is clearly mentioned that this letter carries the lavish vouchers from premium outlet. But not enclosed with this letter. (Again see this letter and this particular sentence and then arrive at any decision) (Why not given is well known to you, see previous correspondence and verbally told by your teleman on 27/05/2009).
And also as per the terms and conditions told vide letter dated19/03/2009 despatched by you on 07/04/2009(purposeful delay just to trap the costomer by not giving time as inside letter carries far earlier date so that customer should fail to inform you within time frame told by you. This is cheating, but see the express courier sticker which is available with me and its xerox is sent to you by post which clerly gives date and letter reference number), and after the receipt of this letter after despatch date I have given my written consent by letter dated 13/04/2009 by post which is within within 21 days from the date of despatch of letter of Yogesh Sangle and Aditya Gupta mentioning this terms and condition to cancel the said card membership. Every time this agreed fact of terms and conditions told by Yogesh Sangle and Aditya Gupta vide delayed despatch letter (Despatch Date 07/04/2009 mentioned on envolope by Express Courier alongwith letter reference number, Xerox copy is also sent to you) is intentionally ignored by Barclay, just to hide the error and mistake done by these high post satff of Barclay.
Hence when it is taken in a sequence, My consent is as per agreed termsand conditions and not delayed one, is well within the time limit as given by you i.e. 13/04/2009 by post(xerox copy is already sent to you by post) and not 4th May 2009.( Check your records properly)
This clarifies the matter that there is no need to keep my account for the said card for the want of payment as there is full default on the part of Barclay.

Barclays Bank — Delay issue of credit card and Cheating by giving false promises.

I applied for Barclays credit card in the month of December, 2007. All required verifications were completed and card dispatched through courier on 4th January, 2008.
But unfortunately the dispatching team was written incorrect address on the parcel, the courier team could not deliver it at my address and moreover they sent back to Mumbai branch from where the card had been dispatched. I came to know this information by checking through AWB in Blue dart website. I called to the Hyderabad customer care branch enquired about this issue, they simply referred me to contact Mumbai branch.
I don’t remember (I called uncountable times) how many times I called on Mumbai customer care number [protected] and [protected] every time they promised me that you would receive card within 10 to 12 working days. It’s been three month I am calling.
I am really fed up with the service of the Bank. Ultimately I decided to lodge a case against them in consumer court.

Barclaycard — Cheating by barclays

In the month of April/ May a person who identified himself as a direct employee of Barclaycard offered me that I have been chosen as one of the priviledged customer who will be provided with a titanium card.

To avail that facility what I have to do was make a policy from ICICI Lombard on my name or any of my family member. As I was reluctant to do that he told me that Barclaycard will pay my whole premium for one year and show to ICICI that it has been converted to an EMI and I'll be paying as monthly installment. But he told me that I'll actually have to pay only the first month's premium of Rs 752 after which every other payment wii be waived.

This Barclaycard is actually doing to save on income tax payment. But now they are sending me bill every month of Rs. 775. They have cheated me and in a way involved me in cheating the Indian Government. I want a quick action.

The name of the person is Vivek Kumar. His phone number is [protected]. For the last month I'm getting his phone switched off.

Yours Truly,

Anindya Bhaumik
