Dear sir,
In the website of the company and sources of the Bharat Gas telling that Gas connection is readily available as and when demand. It is unfortunate that even after waiting for 3 month I did not get connection. I am living in Thergaon, Pune. I registered for New Connection in June in Ratan Gas Agency, Kalewadi. However, I am not able to get it till date. They said " There is no official communication from our office so we have not started New Gas Connection". HPCL is also delaying new connection by two months.
I am living without Gas. Please do the needful.

I want a new gas connection, but sources of ur service stating that the new connection are blocked currently at durgapur, west Bengal.
I would request to kindly check the matter urgently.Living without gas makes every day tougher.

I am living in tamilnadu in viluppuram district.i dont have any gas connection.so, please consider me and provide new connection as early as possible.

Both HPCL agencies as well as BPCL agencies are insisting on taking hotplates from them. The total charges for a new gas connection includes the charges for hot plate... whether you want it or not is your decision!!
Both the agencies prominently display that buying of hot plates is not mandatory from them... however, when you point this out to the person at the counter, he says, that was the older rule... now the rule has changed.
Since the consumer has no choice but to avail of a new gas connection without much delay, he has to shell out the money and take the hot plate, whether he likes it or not.
As long as the agencies have the monopoly of giving new gas connections, consumers are totally at their whims and fancies.
BPCL as of date, atleast in some areas has stopped giving new gas connections and has said that it will be atleast a month or so until the connections resume. Reason acute shortage of gas cylinders.

Hi Bharatgas Team,
I would like to get new gas connection. I stay in Chinchwad, Pune and nearest distributor here is Raka Agency. Could you please let me know how much time will it take for new connection? I did check with Raka Agency, and they said I wont get new connection in atleast few weeks. Can you please check it and let me know?

I m staying at banglore @ bannerghatta road and bannerghatta post, anekal taluka, b-83.
I hv ginven an application since 1yr 7 months, that agency had sealed, now for that area where I m staying, I m not getting new agent who is going to give new connection to me.
first agency had told me that u make retion card, we made for it only. evenafter he was delay and altimetly not given to me new connection.
so to whome should I conntect.
here head office in bangalore @ M.G. road, they r also not giving any respose about it.
please do needful as early as possible.

I am also suffering with simmilar type of problem.
I live in Kankroli and destributor is insisting me to buy hot plates from them.
Further customer releationship personal of Bharat Gas Udaipur (Rajasthan) territory is also not giving satisfactory answer on that. He is asking for BIS certificate of existing hot plate.

Hello sir,
I am a Bharath gas customer of Super flame Agency, kazhuthumut, cochin.my consumer no.old 22131, dtd 2003 8th may and new 27193.dtd 2006 march.
My first complaint is that when ever i am aplying for the Gas it took minimum 30 days for the delivery.
secondly i aproched the agency several times for a second cylinder, in each time the agency is giving an excuse of now a days the company is not providing second cylynders due to shortage of cylinders and they were even hesitant to accept my written aplication or if any other format for aplying they were not advising the same to me.
We are six members in our family and it is very difficult to manage with the present single cylinder.
Hence i request you to look into my complaint and a solution for my grievence.

Hi, i have problem regarding new connection. Our area gas agency is making compulsion for gas stove with cylinder from last 2 months, whereas i have already one. And they are not giving any service. Bharat gas has to take strict action against these agencies, otherwise we will require take it seriousaly.
