[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — non delivery of cylinder

I have booked a gas on 10th August 2009, and today is 1st Sept and I still have not recd the cylinder. Everyday they say they will deliver it within a couple of days, but nothing. They are the worst and most corrupt gas agency I have ever dealt with. They ask me to directly call the delivery boy if i want a cylinder, and the deliver boy then asks for a bribe. It's just shocking that people cannot do their jobs with honesty and integrity.
Please look into this matter.

Last two months this gas agency has work style like a street seller. I am expected the BPCL concerned authorities are aware the problem of Tirupati gas agency, Bhayendar. In local paper, Lokmat had given news for the same. I have attached for your ref. I request to you BPCL company responsibility to look in this matter seriously.
I asked question to BPCL, Why should not we migrate from BPCL to HP?
Let me know the genuine problem? What the responsibility of AREA FIELD OFFICER? For whom is he work?

it was confirmed on booking time that ther was no shortage and i am likely to get refill cylinder withine four to five days.but till date refill cylinder not delivered. since last one and half year ther is average delay of eight to ten days. in the first place booking will not be given if your last cylinder is delivered has not completed 20 days,their phones are always engaged, you are very lucky if you get it within ten minutes time. on phone you will not get responsible reply, they will not hear your problen, after stero type reply your phone will be disconnected.despite demand you will not be given access to managerial staff
kindly help.

More than 15 days have gone and even after the continous follow-ups the cylinder is not delivered to me till date i.e. 27.01.2010. Only they are answering me that today it will be delivered. I am having Bharat gas connection consumer no. 14625, consumer name Ipsita mohanty. The agency of Bharat Gas with whom i am having connection is Shri krishna Agency Bangalore and the propritor of the agency is Mr. Dinesh.
Everytime when i book cylinder for refill, i do not get cylinder for 8-10 days and ihave to wait. When i spoke to Mr. Dinesh on his cell phone no. [protected] asking the status of delivery, he was rude in replying and showed does damn care attitude.
Seems like these guys are living in Monopoly market.
I expect promt service for essential goods and refilling of cylinder immediately.

I am Mr B.S.Maity a consumer of BPCL of M/S-ANNAPURNA ENTERPRISES JALESWAR, BALASORE. Having distributor code no-441714.Sir fact is that your distributor is not interest to book before 21 days.After 21 days (if it is booked) they are not supplying it even after ten days.There is no proper home supply system.
Your distributor giving priority domestic connection.Most of the gas cylinder are supplying to West Bengal, Which is nearer to Jaleswar.Without consumer no most of the cylinder are used by same of the shopkeeper unauthorized.
Sir I communicate to your sales area manager Mr.NIshant Kumar he said but he does not respond to my complain.

Therefore I request you to investigate the matter and to take necessary action.
