I have Bharat LPG gas connection. In month of Dec we booked 2-times but they did not supply Gass till today. Second problem I am sure that they supply less , because it finished in only 20 days. Before other person who was bringing Gas, it was working arround 1 and half month.
Kindly advice solution

i am consumer(no. 15289) of Gajanan Gas Service, PUNE, Maharashtra bharat lpg cylinder, i am trying to contact on 020-24268017 since last 15 days, nobody is lifting the phone and this is regular pratice of the centre.
ANYBODY CAN HELP ME OUT, HOW TO BOOK THE CYLINDER FOR REFIL AND TEACH A ETHIC OF THE SERVICES, THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE?...
Monopolistic practices prevailing through out - Bharat Gas / Lpg
I am a bonafide customer of Bharat Gas, bearing subscription #35353 and currently associated with M/s Madam Enterprise, an agency responsible to cater gas supply in Madiwala region of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
I am totally shattered and disappointed by the attitude of the entire crew of Bharat Gas Company, and clueless about where & whom to approach in the organisational hierarchy to get my issues properly and appropraitely addressed and I may get some sort of relief.
The agency, M/s Madam Enterprises, is on the peak of anarchy who have total indifferent, arrogant, altercating attitude if the customer asks for his due like refilling of the cyllinder on timely basis, and the condition of those customers is pathetic if they own a single cyllinder like me.
I had applied for my second cyllinder almost 2 years back, but still there is no trace of my booking, no updates on delivery part despite their confirmation letter of issuance of my cyllinder one and half years back, worst customer care support provided, no one seems accountable for smooth regulation of gas supply, redressal of customer issues, follow ups on the complaints registered, it's a completely fiasco on the part of Bharat Gas Company.
I am loosing my tolerance and patience in this regard, willing to pursue the legal couse of action in oreder to get my overdues and issues addressed, actioned, and justice delivered.

many time I complaint that the delievred refil is less but agency owner not listen me.
plz take appropriate action.
I, booked for refilling my LPG sylinder as on 20/02/2010. Recevied that GAS after 15 Days. Now I want to booking for GAS But Bharat Gas Burdwan office not accepting my request because 21 days not over after deliver of previous Gas.
Please do the needful and oblige.

I want to bring down the notice that I am resident of Rohini Sec-18, and my Gas connection is with Vijay Gas Agency Badli Delhi, I have booked my gas on May 31 2010, but after calling up daily, this is the 15th day and I am still not able to get the gas.Please Advice me where should I put the Compalint
We booked for Bharat Gas refill with Rohan Gas Malleswaram(Consumer No.1158) on Sep 23 2010. We were told that the supply will be made with in 10 to 15 days. Though it is almost a month there is no supply. We are unable to get the telephone as no one attends phone or it is engaged. Kindly help please

I have called himand discuss with regarding matter.
They told me that your connection is cancelled because you have not booked since six month.
you call me tommorow.
Last one week i am calling him but they are not repplying me.
During that my residential address is changed temporarly and that has gas pipe line so i have not booked for cylinder.
Now i want to continue my connection with bharat gas. and at preset i do not what to cylinder.

Had filled the format on line for booking new connection along with all id proof, sai gas agency shop no 14 f block market first floor gamma 1 greater noida manager threw away all documents his mobile numbr 9310489903 0120-4375192...as copy of booking was not provided...although understand bharat gas had confirmed alocating new connection stict action needs to be taken as treatment metted out for essential cooking gas is beyond any excuse...gyan chand ghosh flat 1503 tower 17 unitech horizon pi 2 greater noida, UP 9811421078
