[Resolved] Bharathi Airtel Ltd — SIM REJECTION WITHOUT INTIMATION | |||
I have a free airtel sim for mobile purchasing in POORVIKA MOBILE SHOWROOM. I have submitted necessary proof like address proof and id proof on the time of collected a SIM in POORVIKA MOBILE SHOWROOM. But within a week again called from airtel and they said disconnect the service since no proper proof received. Once again I have submitted the proof to Airtel Relationship Centre, Chrompet, Chennai. But my total service disconnected on 08.02.2011 without prior intimation. The submitted proof not transferred from Airtel Relationship Centre to Airtel Head Office. Some Higher Officer said, the proof not received then only we have disconnected and cancelled the service. No way to activate the same sim. But I have a balance amount Rs.100/-approx. on my mobile account. That amount also not refunded. This is a continued problem of most of the people.
