A NEW INTERNET BROAD BAND WAS APPLIED AND PAID RS.1000/- MY RECEIPT NO.1213432. LATER ON IT WAS TOLD THE CONNECTION COULD NOT BE GIVEN. THEN I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND. SO FAR NO REFUND HAS COME FROM BHARTI AIRTEL. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL. I AM AMALADASAN THE ABOVE COMPLAINANT TO BHARTI AIRTEL CAN I HAVE THE REPLY FROM BHARTI AIRTEL TO MY EMAIL ID

Airtel — No action taken on connectivity issue
Hi,I would like to raise a complaint regarding Airtel mobile services, I have raised complaints regarding network connectivity issues since Jan 2011, still no one has attended and people airtell are least botherd with it. Evrytime I need to speak to the supervisor they disconect the call in between. Please advice
