Bharti Airtel Limited — DISCONNECTION REQUEST OF AIRTEL NOT SERVICED

I raised a disconnection request on on[protected] and confirmation of the same
has been received on[protected]. And it is informed that within 7 days it will be disconnected. I wrote the second mail(reminder) for disconnection on[protected]. I wrote the third mail(reminder) for disconnection on[protected], and everytime they are sending "We regret the inconvenience caused to you" mail. I called up customer care multiple times; but no effect. Airtel is cheating its customer, because I have to pay the rental, till it finally got disconnected.

Below is the mail thread:

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is nearing a month after the disconnection request, I called up multiple times the customer care and this is the 4th reminder mail I am sending to you.

Everytime you are writing "regret for the inconvenience" mail but not taking any action. I doubt the service of airtel.

I am curious and afraid that your team is so unproductive that they are taking

Please take the request on urgent basis and stop the service with immediate

This is the 6th apology and repeated mail I am getting;
"At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience faced by you. We will get in touch with you for further details of your concern as the need arises".
This is called cheating thru apology.
