Bharti Airtel Limited — DIsconnected my sim and gave to someone else without pre-notice. | |||
Dear SIr, This is to inform you that i had my airtel no.[protected] working since 5 years but all of the sudden it got disconnected. Before disconnecting they used to steal my balance and when i complain they used to give me excuse that its a irrecursive process. after disconnecting the sim When i check it with airtel they tell me that it was disconnected due to no activity since six months but it was a lifetime sim also used to show validity till 2016 i think. And then is said give me the same no back i will buy it again at that time they tell me that its sold to someone else. but where as i think it was done purposefully just because someone can bribe them for this number.
