sir,
i have purchased celkon a225 mobile in big c about a 40 days ago in bigc dabagardens showroom vizag. while purchasing they said they will insure it against any physical theft damages and my digitizer got cracked and i went to the show room and asked about insurance they said we will say 1000 words to sell and who are you to believe all the words and they said you cant do anything we are a mnc u cant do any thing i[censored] want file a case i contacted the online big c person also he is also supporting his person and talking please take action against them

K L Kumar's response But at the time of purchase they said after uploading purchase Invoice, the process will be starts and takes 2 days time to get that Airtel Free SIM (that too they said after making payment) in Big C, Punjagutta Branch, Hyderabad.

We purchased a Samsung mobile in Big C, Punjagutta, Hyderabad and upon that mobile Free Airtel SIM offered on this purchase. But in this showroom they are telling lame excuses as no stock this there.

We purchased a Lenovo M10 tab at JPN road Warangal they are truly fake about their insurance claim as I claimed it for my product insane people they even didn't informed me about some of their failures since I called them to get to know about my product simply they are telling me so stupid lame excuse that the picture of my document which they clicked and sent is blur now after 15 days when I called they ate saying this worst services even don't know how to deal with customers and moreover the linked insurances company people called me and saying with in 48 hours I should submit the document again otherwise will loose the claim
