[Resolved] Big C — Sale of Pre-activated Sim cards | |
We have purchased a mobile phone along with Vodafone prepaid connection in BIG C showroom, Near Benz circle, Vijayawada. We have submitted necessary documents for the connection. When we recharged the amount for the sim card, we found that only out-going calls are active and incoming is not activated. When we called Vodafone care, they said that the sim card has been activated a couple of days before. So, finally we came to know that the sim card which is already been activated, has been sold to us and the customers. The Big C showroom people are activating the sim cards may be out of target pressures from the telecom network sales guys and selling to the customers after activations. this causes loss to the customers, as the recharge date comes before the actual date.
