[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid Bill — Bill not posted | |
Hi, To Whom So Ever It May Concern My name is Touqeer Siddiqui having a Airtel postpaid connection with mobile number [protected]. I made a payment of Rs. 4000 by cash to an Airtel executive and got a call from Airtel office in Bannerghatta road where a representative confirmed that the payment of Rs.4000 by cash has been received. But it is not posted on to my account he also confirmed the receipt number over the call which I have recorded. Even then they have disconnected all my incoming and out going calls. When I went to Airtel office in RT Nagar branch they are asking for the photo copy of the receipt which I have lost it. So, please do the needful I want to sue Airtel for lack of communication. Plesae send post paid mobile paper bill to the following address #9, Ashirwad Nilaya, 3rd main, Manivilas Garden, Kamakshipalya, Bangalore-79. Even aleady complainted but till date November, 2009 bill not yet received. My mobile No. [protected]. Kindly arrange to send the paper bill regualrly.

My name is Nikhil Sharma i have postpaid connection of airtel and No. is [protected] last 18 month it was name of my company but i left the my old company name is Coastal energy Ahmedabad i have taken this no.from ahmedabad but now i posted at Surat (Gujarat) i wanted to change my address for bills which i dd not receiving last 4 month so kindly update my billing address and send me bill every month on the below address

This is ridiculuous that after updating the email id at customer care the bill is not send to the mentioned ID, I am updating the email id kindly send my Mobile post paid bill details to the same I am having two nos.[protected] & [protected] Im not able to deposit the payment already late paymet incurred on that kindly wave of the late payment.
