Request not resolved

I had raised a request # 26345794 on 11th of Nov 2009. My request is based on a assurance of the customer care representative. Misleading About new Plan.

I am using airtel prepaid no. since last year oct.
In last month on 28 oct 09 I have recharge Rs.70 for lower the STD call rate in which All std no. other than Airtel cab be call at 0.60 paise and on Airtel it charges 0.50 paise.
This month nov'09 I have recvd call from Airtel customer care that recharge with Rs43 for lifetime validity and on 21st nov 09 I have made recharge of same but at same time they Stop my last months...

Shifting

Hi,

Thanks for your wonderful service, and now I would like to cancel my airtel land line and broadband [protected] . Here are the reasons

a) Airtel was unable to shift my line to the new address I have requested. When I bought the line they told me that I can able to shift the line in two or three days after I get the connectivity, But still now there are no resolution

unsubscribe of spicy & funny jokes

cell no. [protected]belongs to me . for last two months i am getting messages of spicy jokes and funny jokes which is not relevant to me. it disturbs me as well as it creats nusence to me.
i tried to contact Airtel 121 to unsubscribe this service after great difficulty able to connect . then i hv told to unsubscribe by sending message . but it failed. and wasted my time and money.
I am really getting frustrated with this type...

I am not sure, who is reading this, but this is one of the silly or rather poor experience I came across while using AIRTEL. I got an SMS with full talk time on 500 rs recharge. I did recharge myself on line and it did not give me full money (as expected). I got balance of 453/- something....

Poor Service

Got a postpaid connection on last week of August (Just 3 months back). Suddenly on Nov 17th my cell phone got switched off and i found out that there is something wrong with my SIM card only. It was not working in any other mobile and some other SIM card worked very well in my phone. Hence went to an Airtel outlet in Electronics city. My airtel subscirber prepaid mobile number is.[protected]. I have not subscribed for any jokes. I am often distrubed by your SMS jokes for which I am being charged also @ Rs.1/- every time. I can send you as many jokes as you want by book loads for free. So I request you to avoid this pestering....

I Mr. K.V Subbarao Holding a Airtel Pre paid connection from 2003 November. 2 years back I have shifted to SUNDER NAGAR near ESI Hyderabad. From 2007 onwards I am unable to get Airtel signal s to my apartment. This was informed to Airtel customer complaints n no times. But they didn’t take any action on this .When I try to log a complaint they are not taking the complaint also.DONT BELIVE AIRTEL SIGNAL in HYDERABAD....

Prepaid balance not transfer in post paid bill

My self Syed Faraz H. Zaidi Using Airtel Post Paid connection Mob. No. [protected] from 03/10/09. I KAMAVARAPU RAVIKANT of bilaspur chhattisgarh has paid an amount of Rs 3030 for the broadband connection.I have taken a half yearly plan.After the payment the airtel Officers does not analyse the location that whether feasibility is available or not they transfered my amount to bhopal office.Why should i wait for my money without any connection provided to me by airtel.Now they are saying that amount will be refunded...

Since more than a month I am facing a problem of delivery of SMSes. Please note the following
it says me
"Message Sent".
"Amount" is deducted

But no delivery report and sms shows pending. Resending too is of no use.

I have tried changing message sending profile settings but this too is of no use.
