Airtel Jokes Service - Activated by OBD

Dear Sir,

I am using Airtel Prepaid number for the past 2 years.

For the last 3 days I have been charged Re.1 for the Jokes Service. (23,24,25/Nov/2009)

I had not subscribed for any of the services. When I called up customer care to know about the details, the response from customer case executive was not good.

He told me that, it has been activated through OBD. But I dint accept...

I want to deactivate unsubscribe this service because i have not activated it.This is activated accidently by airtel without information message

I want to unsubscribe this service games club immidiately.This is an unneccesory service for me. Thank if you help on this problem .Airtel custumer service do not recieve my phone calls of deactivation....

Stop service of 54321

Dear Sir

My mobile No.[protected]

In Airtel Mobile service, I have unknowingly activated the service of Cricket. It gives all kind o[censored]nrest while in office in other places viz sending lots of sms from 54321. every message cost me Rs.2/- and I am at a loss of Rs.30/- daily.

I requested Airtel auhthorities to stop this service long time back. Still they have not obliged my request.

dear sir,
i have taken a plan 6-7 months back,n i applied for 699 plan,but i got the first bill of 749,then i contacted d concerned sales person,so he started giving excuses that it will be changed in the next bill.but nothing has been done...

This is my second complain in consumer forum about same problem that is of very poor network in chandni chowk area. I became tired of customer support service of Airtel Prepaid. I was subscribed for 2 unwanted pack (1. GameClub, 2. life_pack) which i dint choose to activate and actually I am unable to get benefit of those services/packs evenafter paying Rs 60 for those unwillingly. uncertain charges angd fooling customers by charging so much with foolish things

I got a recharge of Rs.299 done to get my international call rates to reduce from Rs.9.20 to Rs.6.99 per min. IMEI number invalidity

Hi,

I am having a motorola Z6 phone bought during March 2008. My IMEI number is [protected]. When i called customer care.. they are not sure of what to do and even if we try to explain them, they just say go to registration centre or hang up.
I also talked to the registration centre fellows on phone and enquired, they clearly mentioned that the registration is only for korean/chinese phones and not for branded phones...

I am really disgusted with the messages i am receiving from 54321, 561234, 64611099, 64611050...I had been charged numerous times for some downloads in multiples of Rs.150, Rs.99 & Rs. 30 by this numbers. Unsubscribe of Weekly sub & MCA

I am a bonafied customer of Airtel for the last three years and having its post paid connection.
But for the last some moths some subscribe charges being added to my bill such as "Weekly sub" and MCA services.
Despite of meeting on 121 to your officials the same have not been unsubscribe so far.

Now I request you to please Unsubscribe ( weekly Sub) and (MCA) hence forth, failing which i have to surrender...
